Letterman shows her on the cover of "Cigar Aficianado."

DL: "To be on the cover of this, don't you have to smoke cigars?"

SS: "You know, when I was little, my dad smoked cigars, and when he was
fixing things around the house he used to say, 'Here kid, hold this and
keep it going.'

DL: "Right. Uh huh."

SS: "So I'd be about eight, with a cigar, trying to keep it going,
generally kind of green and woozy."

DL: "That was a good lesson for a kid, not to smoke cigars, I guess."

SS: "Not to smoke much of anything."

DL: "Yeah. And later in life, did you ever go back to smoking cigars?"

SS: "Not cigars."
