Here's an excerpt from eighteen-year-old supermodel Bridget Hall's
appearance on the Late Show on Friday, 1/05/96 for those who appreciate
beautiful young smokers.  It seems Bridget enjoys smoking various tobacco
products.

DL: "And now, you're starting a career as an actress.  You enjoy acting?"

BH: "Yeah, I love it a lot.  I've always wanted to act since I was a little
girl."

DL: "And was the Cybill show...I guess it's going to be on Monday, right,
was that your first big-time acting thing?"

BH: "Well that was my first acting job, period."

DL: "And how did that go?  Was it fun?  Were you nervous about that?"

BH: "Yeah, I was a bit nervous.  It was my first time, so I was a bit
nervous.  It was very interesting to see what goes on backstage."

DL: "Yeah, what about it did you find interesting?"

BH: "Umm, that there is a lot of waiting around."

DL: "A lot of waiting around?"

BH: "Yeah, you sit there acting and there is a lot of waiting."

DL: "Takes a long time, doesn't it?  Because, you know, you have your part,
and that's...but everybody else is like forty people who are responsible
for the show, and you have to wait for those folks."

BH: "Yeah."

DL: "And so what do you do while you're waiting?"

BH: "Umm, sit there and watch."

DL: "You sit there and watch?  Ha ha ha ha."

BH: (holds up her second and third fingers) "And smoke cigarettes..."

DL: "Do you smoke?"

BH: (nods) "and cigars."

DL: "Ahhh, you shouldn't be smoking."

BH: "cigars" (making sure to emphasize her varied tastes in smoking)

DL: "What do you do for fun, when you're not modeling, you're not acting,
what do you do for fun?"

BH: "Umm, sleep."

DL: "You sleep.  Ha ha ha ha."

BH: (nods)

DL: "So, so, umm, so in addition to being a biological requirement, sleep
is your hobby?!"

After the commercial break, Bridget is seen holding an unlit gift cigar for
the rest of her interview.

I'm still hoping to track down the text of the interview from a fall
European(?) fashion magazine in which Bridget mentions her nicotine
addiction.  The JPEGs mentioned above may be the ones that appeared with
her references to her smoking habit.

Does anyone know how old Bridget was when she began to smoke?
