| Winterschläfer (1997) | aka Winter Sleepers. Marie-Lou Sellem, Floriane Daniel "Sellem has a nice early scene, outdoors after skiing, with a couple of thick, very visible exhales. She also has a later scene in her nurse's uniform, smoking with another nurse. Daniel's character shows absolutely no sign of being a smoker until her last scene, right at the end of the film, when she suddenly lights up while looking out a window. She then has three contemplative drags and exhales, the camera getting continually closer, until her lips practically fill the screen for her final exhale."
