"Marlborowoman Margot squeezes orange juice for her healthy vitamin C and simultaneously talks with a long-ashed cigarette dangling from the corner of her mouth - there is even a stupendous close-up. The butt sizzles as she stubs it out into a messy wet ashtray. Later, we get to see a close-up drag, again with a long ash. Her cheeks sink in, but the inhale is poor."
