Later, we see her about to put an unlit cigarette to her lips, but the director cuts away before she lights it, but returns for a drag and talk-exhale. In other scenes, she holds while rehearsing and directing her dance group. Ellen taunts us with a brief holding scene and we have to wait until later for two successive twin-jet exhales to stream from her nostrils."
