"In this movie both [Cook, Bruckner] actress hold more than anything, there is at least one inhale and exhale for each actress. Penny Marshall was not in this movie. There's a couple different blonds 3 quarters of the way through who inhale and exhale at least once, the best part in the movie is also toward the end - there's a blond who has a light up and 3 puffs off what looks like a Marlboro Light 100, then when she exhales the camera cuts. That's about it for smoking."
"Contrary to a comment above, Penny Marshall was the nurse in the hospital near the end of the movie and she smokes. What struck me was the automobile-style lighter apparently mounted in the hospital wall. She is not listed in the credits but IMDb correctly shows that she was in the movie. As previous posters have noted, there's very little other than holding here."
