And then to close the scene we get a little smoke trailing her spoken line as she flicks the mostly unsmoked cigarette out the window in a high arc." "Scene 3: Kari has just finished a thoroughly X-rated dominatrix scene with her driver at a remote cabin when she stumbles out the door and greets the innkeeper, whom she knows was spying on her lovemaking. It's a medium-long shot, but we can see the cigarette snugly between her lips and she's dragging on it. He crosses in front of her and by the time we see Kari again she's just beginning her exhale. But this appears to be no ordinary exhale. This looks like a cotton-puff smoke ball coming from her lips. But on further examination, it's actually a French inhale! Kari is relishing her opportunity to assume the pedestal of all-time smoking goddess and she has no intention of letting up! Some dimestore philosophy ensues with Kari giving us not talking exhales, but talk and then exhales. We then get another treat. As she's dragging she's still talking. They project out at completely different angles. Kari is spreading her legs for us, metaphorically. These cigarettes are leaving her lips at a 45 degree angle. It's insanely sexy, and clearly she preparing us for her big climax. She then holds them both together as we witness her double blow job from a straight-on point of view. Her lighter ignites. "Epilogue: As amazing as all that I've described is, there are still some Holy Grails to discover with Kari. Firstly, I actually find Marlboro Lights borderline unsexy. At least I did. This film is the exception to the rule. Second, we need Kari to blow smoke rings at some point. She missed a golden opportunity here and a persnickety critic has a responsibility to call her on it. Thirdly, we need Kari to smoke more with her left hand in the future, as well as employ cork tip 100s at some point. It is nice to see her smoking Mores, perhaps in real life.
