"Saw only a portions of this movie and I didn't pay attention to the character's names. At the institution two young patients smoked during their 'smoke' time. A new arrival (a main actress I believe) tried to smoke but was cut short. Later one of the same patients left her room at night to smoke, mouth and nose exhales. Enjoy it cuz she doesn't last long."
