"Her character may well be a beginning smoker; but Ms Wood most certainly is not. Even in that first smoking scene, she inhales and the smoke does not appear to emerge - surely a close-up would have revealed a talk-exhale. In the second smoking scene she taps both ends of her cigarette on the back of her white-gloved hand and accepts a light, but the camera is unfortunately behind her as she inhales/exhales. A directorial error later means that she stubs out her cigarette just as her friend's wedding is about to start, then stubs it out again seconds later when she realises she is smoking at a wedding service. The third scene shows a lighting, open-mouth inhale, and exhale. All-whites in all three scenes."
