| Dinner at Eight (1933) | Marie Dressler, C, Jean Harlow, ND, Madge Evans, C, Hilda Vaughn, C "Evans first appears in her dressing gown as she lights her breakfast with a three-drag follow-up. She performs a partial inhale in a later scene, but the highlight comes at the end with a lighting, culminating in a thick nose-and- mouth exhale. A cigarette smoulders on Harlow's dressing table as she fixes her make-up. She eventually picks it up, but does not take a puff. There are two drags from an aged Dressler. Vaughan, as the maid, droops her cigarette from the corner of her mouth."
