"Julie is enchanting and does a great job of portraying a bright young French adolescent. She also smokes well, clearly inhaling, and several exhales are shown, although fairly quickly and only in medium or wide shots. However, I'd guess she's a couple of years older than 15 (IMDB doesn't say). This may be just as well, since in addition to smoking and drinking, she also has a fairly mature sex scene with the older man she fancies. A few other less attractive French adolescent girls smoke briefly - they mainly hold or at best we see parts of inhales or exhales in wide quickly-edited shots."
