| Brigadoon (1954) | Elaine Stewart "A black-gloved lighting of an all-white. She then removes her gloves and takes a second drag. Both exhales are immediate." "doesn't smoke till the VERY end of the picture with around 5 minutes left. She strolls in wearing black gloves, sits at the bar with one of the male characters, takes out a cigarette from a case and gets lit by him, letting off an exhale right afterward. She then walks to a table with the lit cigarette in her gloved left hand, sits down and puts it in an ashtray as she goes into a long winded story while taking off her gloves. She subsequently drags one time, now using her right hand to put the cigarette in her mouth. She almost immediately expels the smoke she draws in with the drag, though. Worth it for purists only."
