If you watch closely, you will see a couple of brief glimpses where Catwoman, disguised as Russian journalist, is actually holding a cigarette. The cigarette can only be seen at the bottom of the screen and you have to look carefully. But smoke also rises and that confirms that indeed 'Catwoman' is smoking."
