She also takes two drags later on - one with a nasal exhale. Leighton takes a cigarette from her cigarette case and accepts a light. She holds in a second scene at a party. She accepts a cigarette and a light during the interval at a play, but the director cuts away as she takes a second drag. In another scene she asks for a light. Finally, in a romantic silhouette scene, her lover puts a lit cigarette between her lips: she drags and then removes it to kiss him."
