| 06/05 (2004) | Tara Elders, Caro Lenssen (joint) "Caro Lenssen, playing the main character's cute, spirited daughter (supposedly a teenager, although actually around 20 at the time of filming), smokes expertly in several scenes. In one, she teases her father, who has quit smoking, by exhaling a thick cloud of smoke towards his face. Tara Elders, a year or two older, is also very attractive, but her smoking is confined to some holding and the start of an inhale. Several other miscellaneous characters smoke in the last film Theo Van Gogh made before he was murdered."
