"As the lady private-eye/cop (can't remember) 'Casey Jones' in the starring role of this TV series she was a smoker, definitely IRL, and it seems she smoked in every episode. As I recall it was like one of those great film-noir movies with many of the actresses smoking and it it kept coming back every week."

out. smokes and holds a whole cig in real time.

"only one scene but she looks good in this one in general, and what a doozy
that one scene is: makes a sexy entrance to the bar, it looks like, in the
scene change they edited so we just see the end of her bumming an all white
from a guy, then walks over to another man and makes a show of lighting up
and then takes the stool next to another man and sits and holds and looks
gorgeous with a big smile for about a minute. nice. the only bummer is
that when they move from the bar to the booth the whole cig magically
disappears when we have like another whole 2-3 minutes of her talking with
this guy. would have been a lot better without that glitch. seems funny to
think at one time stars of series shows like this one smoked in character."
